My 2008.

Let's wrap up my 2008 in the last few hours of the year.
This year has been short for me, but it's definitely had it's ups and downs.
I started off the year with my first tattoo. I will never regret it. I lived it up as a second semester senior, I do regret somethings but life was good. I cried so many times because of ASB, and I really wished I did more in my term. I really found out who my friends are and we became the iLA sisters. I went to LA LA LAND and back, no I didn't see any movie stars...but I met a princess (shirlada!) I lost a loved one to lung cancer. My Tita Celia was a big influence in my life and I couldn't bare to lose her. She was my second mom growing up. I hope she knows I still love her, and that I'm happy she doesn't have to hurt anymore. Getting an Annual Pass for Disneyland and consequently going at least five more times this year. Then there was mercy prom/serra prom and graduation! We did it...I couldn't believe it. Cotillion/Debuts...now a Mantillion! Summer 08 was AMAZING! Random days at the beach before/after/during practice. Kick its downtown sf. Maui for the second time with sista ing. Parasailing 800 feet in the air. Fallin in love with TheZae and it's flat campus <3! style="font-weight: bold;">moving out on my own. Living at the 455 apartment with cat and sisstuh lauren. Sweet Pea Piercing and then taking it out a week later. COLLEGE! Going to my first Akbayan meeting and L.I.F.T.E.D. internship. Getting closer to my sisters and starting the ilathanyaverage blog! Living life in thezae but still going to Zeum every weekend. Halloween 2008 at the 455 complex. Two words: Business Project. But guess what I got 100% just saying. Meeting new friends and learning more about myself! Trying out different things: AK modern, Tahitian, Hula, PCN. Trying out Actin' Workshops for PCN, and wondering why I didn't try it any sooner. I think I'm amazingly funny. =] Winter Formal and prep for it. FINALS, & the amount of studying it required. but guess what...i passed. =] Holidays 2008 and growing up as a family. 1st Winterbreak as a Team Leader.
Now it's almost 2009. I definitely grew up a lot this year. But i'm sure I still have more growing to do. My resolution this year, easy: be a better me. Whatever it means. I want to be able to look back at 2009 like i'm doing for 2008 right now and be proud.
